We are delighted to offer this new post within our outstanding SEND curriculum. The ideal candidate will have experience and take a strategic lead in the development of the SEND curriculum across all campuses. They will work closely with key stakeholders including local authorities to drive the College strategy for SEND including the development and growth of funded learning opportunities and supported internships.
The successful candidate will provide leadership, management and direction to staff across sites, motivating, developing and supporting them effectively to sustain their outstanding OFSTED grade.
Curriculum responsibilities will include building positive and sustainable relationships with external employers and devising and leading on implementing bespoke CPD programmes for the SEND team.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and ensure high quality delivery and will set, promote and maintain high expectations and performance.
